Team Overview
As an Identity and Fraud Sales Specialist, you will act as a subject matter sales expert, supporting the sale of TransUnion’s Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities, shape solution positioning and support new business growth across defined markets.This role reports into the Sales VP. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities across defined markets.
Delivering against individual sales targets and objectives aligned to broader Identity and Fraud growth goals.
Supporting pipeline management, accurate forecasting and effective prioritisation of sales opportunities.
Acting as a sales expert for Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention solutions, including key use cases, capabilities, value positioning and industry applications.
Engaging with prospects and customers to understand business objectives, challenges and identity, fraud or risk management needs.
Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle, from qualification through to close.
Leading compelling customer presentations, demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions.
Clearly articulating solution functionality, performance and business benefits to different audiences and buying groups.
Partnering with Market Development teams to identify market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback across Europe.
Sharing customer insights to support sales strategy, product development and new logo growth opportunities.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Track record years’ experience in technical sales, pre-sales, account management or another customer-facing commercial role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers throughout complex sales cycles.
Strong understanding of identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management or related solutions, with the ability to position value clearly to customers.
Required Technical Skills
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform to manage pipeline, opportunities and forecasting.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver customer-facing presentations, demonstrations and recommendations.
Ability to analyse market, customer and sales data to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Market Development and Product.
