Team Overview
The Solutions Marketing team helps sellers engage customers through consultative, buying-group-focused conversations that address critical business challenges. The team transforms customer insights, solution narratives, buyer personas, and sales playbooks into practical, locally relevant resources that help sales teams create demand, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate growth across international markets. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and regional stakeholders, the team ensures sellers have the tools and guidance needed to communicate value effectively and navigate complex buying processes.This role reports to the Vice President, Product Marketing. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Solutions Marketing professional, you will lead the development and scaling of customer-centric sales enablement programs across international markets. You will translate complex customer challenges, market dynamics, and solution capabilities into practical tools, messaging, and frameworks that help sellers engage buying groups, build stronger customer relationships, and support business growth.
Build and scale customer-centric sales enablement programs across international markets, adapting global solution narratives to regional market needs, regulatory requirements, industry priorities, and buyer expectations.
Develop persona-based and use-case-driven enablement resources, including playbooks, discovery guides, messaging frameworks, objection-handling tools, customer success stories, and sales journey guidance.
Translate complex customer challenges, market trends, and solution capabilities into practical resources that improve seller confidence and customer engagement.
Leverage customer insights, customer feedback, and regional sales requirements to create programs that help sellers communicate effectively around key business challenges.
Create scalable frameworks, templates, governance models, and activation plans that support consistent and locally relevant sales enablement.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, field-ready resources.
Analyse enterprise buying groups and decision-making processes to ensure enablement content addresses the priorities of decision-makers, influencers, end users, and other stakeholders.
Influence senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and business leadership functions within a complex international environment.
Deliver training, coaching, and activation programs for sales teams across multiple regions, cultures, and markets.
Measure adoption, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve enablement programs based on business outcomes and user engagement.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
10 or more years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, portfolio marketing, enterprise business-to-business (B2B) marketing, Software as a Service (SaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS), product strategy, or a related discipline, including significant international or multi-region experience.
At least five years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing regional stakeholders with varying levels of capability, experience, and market maturity.
Demonstrated experience developing and scaling sales playbooks, buyer enablement programs, persona-based messaging, thought leadership content, seller training, and customer engagement frameworks.
Experience adapting global content to regional terminology, competitive dynamics, business priorities, market maturity, and regulatory considerations.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, geographies, and business units.
Required Technical Skills
Ability to develop structured sales enablement assets, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, talk tracks, discovery guides, and seller training materials.
Strong content development, presentation, facilitation, and project management capabilities.
Experience designing and executing enablement programs in complex, cross-functional, and international environments.
Ability to analyse customer, market, and sales feedback to drive continuous improvement and enablement effectiveness.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
