About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven experience analysing and supporting expenses across a complex, matrixed organization. You will thrive in an environment of ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and influence outcomes across multiple business areas

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Financial Analyst supports the global organization to achieve short, medium and long-term strategic and financial goals. In this role you will serve as a key member of the Corporate Finance Team, driving targets towards growth and expense optimization. Prior Corporate FP&A experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse and manage expenses, providing actionable insights to drive cost efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly spending across departments, ensuring variance drivers are fully understood and recommending actions where needed.
  • Improve forecast accuracy by identifying the drivers of cost changes and updating assumptions based on that analysis.
  • Use the forecast to help function leaders make decisions and take action early when spending is off track.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in financial reporting, working with business partners to resolve them.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automating and streamlining financial processes where possible.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (master’s degree a plus)
  • Experience in financial analysis, ideally within a large, complex organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort with large-scale data manipulation.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage projects with competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, exceeding expectations, and handling increased responsibility over time.
