To support the business for them to achieve their target by providing all financial information with detail analysis and monitor the business performance, through the provision of insights on operating results, early input to potential business opportunities and risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Plan, and Latest Best Estimate (LBE) processes in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and performance management.
- Provide financial guidance and decision support to Business Unit leadership, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, new business opportunities, resource allocation, and key contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with Commercial and Market Access teams on pricing, scenario planning, and related financial analysis.
- Manage sales and demand planning in cooperation with commercial teams.
- Prepare S&OP financial reports and presentations, including KPIs and performance metrics.
- Calculate, plan, and maximize Brand Product P&Ls.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including actuals analysis, key insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze key financial metrics, including revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and contribution margin.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including accruals and reserves, in coordination with Finance Shared Services.
- Oversee COGS data maintenance and collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Supply Chain teams.
- Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and processes to enhance data integrity and decision-making.
- Prepare management presentations and financial materials for senior stakeholders.
- Educate and upskill non-finance commercial staff in key financial principles, tools, and best practices to enhance financial literacy and business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, accounting, legal, and company requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, 3+ years of experience as FP&A, or business partnering roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
