We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking FP&A professional who will play a key role in driving financial clarity, planning discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the business. This role sits at the heart of finance operations and partners closely with multiple teams to support both strategic and operational planning.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in core FP&A functions that shape how the business plans and performs:
- Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment across teams
- Contribute to rolling short-term and long-term forecasts, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packs and presentations
- Analyze monthly actuals vs. budget, highlighting key variances and insights
- Partner with business units to track expenses, improve forecast accuracy, and define meaningful KPIs
- Support PO monitoring and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Help design and implement AI-driven tools and automation to improve FP&A workflows and efficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance roles, preferably within Hi-Tech or SaaS environments (strong advantage)
- Strong analytical mindset with solid data collection, interpretation, and problem-solving skills
- High curiosity for technology, AI tools, and process automation, with a drive to improve how things are done
- Creative thinker who can translate data into clear business insights
- Strong project management capability and ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or equivalent; CPA is an advantage
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong English communication skills

Work Location & Schedule
- Cebu: On-site (Standard schedule from Day 1)
- Manila: Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
- Note: The first 6 months will be fully on-site to support onboarding, training, and team integration.
