Role Overview

LettrLabs is looking for a hungry, proactive Outbound Sales Rep to own the top of our sales funnel. Your primary mission: hunt. You'll be building pipeline from the ground up — identifying prospects, running cold outreach, reactivating stale opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with our Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to fuel and scale our outbound motion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Build and execute high-volume cold email sequences and outreach campaigns to generate net-new pipeline consistently.

  • AE Partnership: Work closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and support the growth of a scalable outbound motion.

  • Pipeline Reactivation: Audit aged opportunities and systematically revive dormant prospects to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth.

  • Pipeline Support: Own accounts from qualification through handoff, ensuring AEs have everything they need to close.

  • Lead Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights, thorough qualification notes, and clean data in HubSpot.

  • Pipeline Hygiene: Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable at all times.

Qualifications: 

  • Have 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus)

  • Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same

  • Are fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting

  • Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent
  • Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance

  • Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads

  • Are naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail

$90,000$120,000 USD

Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location. This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity and benefits. We welcome you to apply even if your expectations are outside our listed range.
