About the RoleWe’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.
This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

What You’ll Own ImmediatelyBuild & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
Manage inbound requests through chat and email
Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders
Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities
Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
AI power user
Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human
Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done
Work directly with exec on high-impact partnerships and GTM strategy
Build your network across one of the fastest-growing open AI ecosystems
Be part of a small, high-performing team making open weight AI accessible to everyone
Skills Required
- 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
- Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
- AI power user (strong familiarity with open models and inference platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven; ability to operate independently
- Experience managing outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
- CRM and pipeline tracking experience with weekly reporting
