This is an Atlantic portfolio venture.
About us
Pletor is the AI creative infrastructure for large marketing teams. We turn creative production from a bottleneck into a growth lever with custom creative agents that automate most production work. We believe AI should make brands more creative and marketing more efficient.
We're growing fast and hiring to grow faster. We hit ~$1M ARR in 9 months, working with top brands like Carrefour, Publicis, Qonto, Yves Rocher, Philips, and Le Coq Sportif. We're backed by Tier-1 VCs and world-class angels, including Revolut's CMO, Adobe's B2B VP, and HubSpot's VP of Marketing.
The role
So far, our founder Ferdinand has been the only sales of the company. He's grown Pletor from 0 to ~$1M ARR in 9 months. The playbook works. Now it's time to scale it beyond him.
You'll be the first AE to run and industrialize that motion: owning full sales cycles end-to-end, and sharpening what already works. If you want to join a company with a strong momentum and sell a category-defining product to marketing leaders who are excited to talk to you, this is your dream role.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Ferdinand and Raph, our Founding growth.
What you'll do
Generate and close opportunities across self-sourced and inbound channels.
Position Pletor's value to upmarket clients, clearly differentiating us from other tech providers or traditional agencies.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across clients teams (marketing, creative studio, procurement, legal).
Contribute to making Pletor sales playbook and strack stronger as the company matures.
Stay current on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and Pletor's evolving product.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record of building and converting pipeline.
Experience selling creative services, AI solutions, or SaaS to marketing and creative teams.
A strong and structured sales methodology. You treat sales as a process that can be measured and continuously improved.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in French is a strong plus, and a third European language is much appreciated.
Executive-level communication. You can hold a room from a creative director to a CMO to procurement.
A strong sense of ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
Ambition. You want to get better every week and don't settle for mid performance.
Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
An entrepreneurial mindset. We're early-stage, and you want to help make Pletor the global leader in its category.
A genuine interest in the future of marketing and creative work.
What we offer
Fixed salary + uncapped variable part (with accelerator above target)
Equity
Unmatched learning opportunity: strong exposure to founders and working at an AI-native company.
Typical perks (health insurance, food vouchers…)
Location
This role is based at our Paris HQ at Bourse (heart of Parisian tech ecosystem). We're building something together, and that works best when we're mostly together, but we're pragmatic about how work actually gets done. Our remote policy adapts based on context.
Exceptions can be made for top candidates who are based outside of France.
