Work with sensor, machine, and operational data; use AI coding tools while reviewing code carefully; test against real-world and simulated device data; debug failures; and support integration, deployment, documentation, and technical investigations. The role involves learning factory operations and contributing across the early-stage product and engineering stack.

Own end-to-end industrial software deployments, from defining use cases and onboarding machine and production data through validation, rollout, training, and adoption. Work directly with operators, plant managers, IT, and OT teams to solve production problems. Build KPIs, anomaly signals, analytical workflows, and root-cause analyses using Python, SQL, statistics, and time-series data. Lead customer projects, identify expansion opportunities, and feed field insights back into the product.

Manage external counsel, legal budgets, and specialist escalation while advising leadership on corporate and regulatory matters.

Lead sales and commercial strategy for a defence technology venture developing acoustic drone-detection systems. Own targets, forecasting, pipeline, key accounts, complex government and enterprise deals, market expansion, partnerships, and international commercial coordination.
