As a Founders Associate Intern in the COO Office, focused on Product Communication and Change Management, you will work hands-on across product, operations and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into clear, engaging, and actionable communication.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support the COO on product communication and strategic cross-functional initiatives

  • Create engaging product content, including newsletters, product overview pages, adoption materials and rollout guides

  • Prepare and moderate change management and user adoption workshops together with the implementation team and the clients

  • Develop a deep understanding of Lio’s product and translate complex features and updates into clear, audience-specific communication

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success to align product communication with business and customer needs

  • Help optimize and scale internal processes that improve collaboration, product adoption and company-wide execution

  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from initial planning through implementation and measurable outcomes

Your Profile

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Have a genuine interest in product communication, change management and content creation

  • Ideally have initial experience in product communication, marketing, change communication, consulting, project management, or a high-growth startup environment

  • Are excited to develop a deep understanding of a complex B2B agentic product

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across teams, including senior leadership

  • Think analytically, act proactively, and know how to translate insights into action

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Take full ownership of your projects from day one

  • Are available to start on 1 or 15 September 2026
