We are looking for a Foundation & ESG Lead

Target total compensation ranges from $209,000-300,000, including a fixed annual salary of $170,000-230,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

We’re seeking a passionate, strategic, and action-oriented Foundation & Social Impact Lead to establish and operationalize Rokt’s company foundation and help build and scale Rokt’s global ESG program. This individual will play a critical role in enabling Rokt to deliver on its Pledge 1% commitments and build a scalable platform for long-term environmental and social impact initiatives—including reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the executive team and the opportunity to shape Rokt’s purpose-driven efforts for years to come.

About the Role:

  • Design and launch the Rokt Foundation, including legal formation, governance model, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and implement strategies for allocating Pledge 1% commitments (e.g., equity, profit, employee time) in alignment with Rokt’s values and mission ensuring measurable impact.
  • Design and manage philanthropic partnerships, grantmaking, employee engagement programs (volunteering, giving), and community initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Rokt and nonprofit, NGO, and community stakeholders.
  • Define short- and long-term impact goals and key performance indicators for the foundation.
  • Manage grantmaking processes, reporting, and program evaluation.
  • Support the development of Rokt’s broader ESG roadmap, ensuring alignment with global best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead environmental reporting and disclosure, including data collection, emissions tracking (Scopes 1–3), and progress against sustainability targets.
  • Evaluate and implement ESG frameworks, ratings, and reporting standards. Coordinate ESG audits and prepare materials for executive and board-level reporting.
  • Build internal awareness and engagement with ESG and social impact initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing to share Rokt’s impact story with customers, investors, and the broader public.

Requirements

About You:

  • Passion for social good and a deep commitment to equity and impact.
  • Experience in philanthropy, social impact, ESG, CSR, nonprofit management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching ESG programs and/or setting up a corporate foundation or similar social impact entity from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance, grantmaking, ESG frameworks and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the Pledge 1% framework.
  • Global perspective with experience in international giving or impact strategies.
  • Experience in tech or fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
