General Functions
- Completing break formats in the traffic management system when they are supplied by the various networks.
- Amending the information in the traffic management system when amended break formats are supplied by the various networks.
- Communicating with local and national sales forces when break format changes are made by the networks or other changes that may affect inventory.
- Enter program guide details into the traffic management system when the information becomes available from the programming department.
- Check and amend the daily information in the traffic management system when daily break structures are received from the networks.
- Work with other format team members when required to ensure communication of break structures/issues.
- Ensure Network 10 adheres to the Commercial Television Industry Annotated Code of Practice.
- Filling and conflicting commercials on a daily basis as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Traffic Manager TV or team leaders.
- Represent Network 10 at all times in a professional manner consistent with the group’s company policy manual.
