What the Role Is

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for transporting inventory throughout our distribution center using a variety of industrial lift equipment. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all material is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered multiple types of forklifts and thrives in a high-volume, high-paced warehouse environment.

The schedule for this role is Friday- Sunday 6:00 am- 6:30 pm at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience operating each of the following:
  • Reach Truck
  • Cherry Picker
  • Stand-Up Forklift
  • Sit-Down Forklift
• Safety-Focused: You operate with safety as your top priority, following all procedures and protocols
• Reliable & Consistent: You’re dependable, show up on time, and can be counted on to keep things moving
• Adaptable: You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and different work zones across the distribution center
• Team-Oriented: You communicate clearly and support your teammates to hit shared goals

How You Will Make an Impact

• Operate a variety of forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials in the distribution center
• Load and unload products from trailers safely and efficiently
• Support inbound and outbound operations with accurate material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Perform equipment inspections and notify maintenance of any issues
• Support other warehouse functions as needed

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards.
The pay rate for this role is $24.25 per hour. (This includes any applicable shift differential.)
