Babylist Offices

Leads weekend fulfillment-center operations across Friday through Sunday, managing staffing, workflow sequencing, productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and employee relations for 10–25 associates. Develops SOPs, monitors operational metrics, resolves root causes, partners with HR and the Assistant Manager, and coaches employees for performance and advancement. This hands-on, on-site role requires extended standing and walking, regular lifting up to 20 pounds, and extensive floor leadership in a warehouse environment.

Lead Babylist’s brand positioning, architecture, visual identity, creative studio, campaign concepting, video production, and partnership marketing. Build scalable, AI-enabled brand systems that help teams create on-brand work without manual approvals. Partner with product design, engineering, content, communications, and commercial teams to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and partner value while protecting brand consistency across the customer journey.

Own the Early Investor product end-to-end, including roadmap, growth, monetization, success metrics, experimentation, and retention features for Babylist Money. Partner closely with engineering, use data and AI to drive decisions, communicate outcomes to leadership, and accelerate a live zero-to-one consumer financial product.
