Als Food Safety & Receiving Coordinator sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Einsatz für höchste Standards in den Bereichen Lebensmittelsicherheit, Hygiene und Warenmanagement. ResponsibilitiesDas erwartet Sie an einem typischen Arbeitstag:
- Warenannahme koordinieren: Kontrollieren Sie eingehende Lieferungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Menge und Temperatur und stellen Sie die Einhaltung der Hilton-Standards sicher
- Lebensmittelsicherheit gewährleisten: Überwachen Sie Kühl- und Lagerbereiche, führen Sie Temperaturkontrollen durch und sorgen Sie für die ordnungsgemäße Kennzeichnung sowie FIFO-Lagerung aller Waren
- Hygiene- und Sauberkeitsstandards sicherstellen: Halten Sie Küchen- und Lagerbereiche sauber, organisiert und jederzeit auditbereit
- HACCP-Standards umsetzen: Führen Sie die erforderliche Dokumentation, unterstützen Sie interne und externe Audits und stellen Sie die Einhaltung des Hilton Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) sicher
- Mit Lieferanten und Teams zusammenarbeiten: Klären Sie Lieferabweichungen oder Qualitätsmängel mit Lieferanten und arbeiten Sie eng mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Küche und Finance zusammen
- Reibungslose Abläufe unterstützen: Behalten Sie Hygiene-, Wareneingangs- und Compliance-Themen im Blick, erkennen Sie potenzielle Risiken frühzeitig und tragen Sie zu einem effizienten Küchenbetrieb bei
