More about the role


This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Finished Goods Planner in Huixquilucan, Mexico with Signify.

  • Manage the end-to-end replenishment and fulfillment process to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, planning parameters, intake plans, and inventory levels to optimize availability and minimize costs.

  • Release and monitor POs according to the supply plan, coordinating vendor confirmations and ensuring the full MTS/MTO fulfillment cycle through product availability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery and service levels.

  • Analyze fulfillment, availability, and inventory performance; identify risks and opportunities; and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and costs.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered with relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.

  • 3–5 years of experience primarily in Procurement/Purchasing, including supplier management, purchase planning, order management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management is a plus.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Knowledge of SAP IBP and experience working with supply chain planning tools and processes.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to proactively drive activities and resolve issues.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Relevant Procurement or Supply Chain experience may substitute for the specified academic background
  • 3-5 years of experience primarily in Procurement or Purchasing
  • Experience with supplier management, purchase planning, and order management
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP and supply chain planning tools and processes
  • Strong ownership, accountability, proactive execution, and issue-resolution skills
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management experience
