We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional for our Assistant Vice President and Product Owner in Financing Solutions Operations, support Agency Lending, Prime Services and Equity Swaps, who would be able to establish close connections with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Financing Solutions Product Owner, Assistant Vice President, you will
Product Owner in Financing Solutions Operations, support Agency Lending, Prime Services and Equity Swaps, responsible for:-
Product & Initiative Ownership
Own and manage a portfolio of Operations product initiatives spanning new product launches, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and operating model transformation. Primarily will be Equity Swaps initiative.
Manage the full implementation lifecycle from development to deployment across initiatives.
Looking for 10+Years of professional experience and flexible to work with global shift working hours
Ensure product delivery aligns with regulatory, risk and corporate standards.
Track benefits realization and delivery outcomes across the product portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency objectives
Continued collaboration with Front Office to promote a unified product vision.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Establish close connections with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.
Define clear acceptance criteria and success measures for product enhancements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Partner with IT and system vendors to define future state workflow and system solutions.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests and manage the product backlog in line with Markets overall strategic goals and Agile project principles.
Drive delivery of business requests to completion, ensuring adherence to implementation protocols.
Product SME & Knowledge Sharing
Act as the Operations Product SME for assigned platforms, workflows and business lines providing guidance and insight to stakeholders.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the Operations user base.
Contribute to and maintain product documentation, playbooks, and knowledge assets to support knowledge sharing.
Establish forums for ongoing engagement with stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for product related questions and ongoing collaboration.
Stay closely connected to industry and market trends by actively monitoring technology, regulatory and market changes.
System Governance & Compliance
Lead the governance and oversight of Operations platforms, ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements including TPRM and ISRMP.
Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant management of third‑party vendor billing by overseeing invoicing activities and validating charges against contracts and delivered services.
Support Operations to proactively identify, monitor and remediate system control gaps in collaboration with Risk, Compliance and Technology.
