Job Description

CSCI Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support a high-visibility national security customer. This role combines financial management expertise, ERP system knowledge, data analysis, customer support, and process improvement to help ensure the organization has the tools, data, and financial information required to accomplish its critical mission. As part of a collaborative team, you will work directly with government personnel to optimize financial operations, strengthen audit readiness, improve reporting capabilities, and support modernization efforts involving GFEBS-SA and related systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support users of GFEBS-SA and related financial management systems
  • Analyze, document, and improve business processes, system functionality, and reporting requirements
  • Assist in developing and maintaining master data structures, including cost centers, work breakdown structures, and related financial elements
  • Create and support business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data analysis products
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities for system updates and enhancements
  • Research and resolve financial data discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and system issues
  • Assist with user training, help desk support, job aids, and change management communications
  • Gather and document functional requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with government personnel, technical teams, and external stakeholders to improve financial management capabilities
  • Support audit readiness initiatives through process documentation, controls analysis, and compliance efforts
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations that support informed decision-making
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
  • Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (or ability to obtain as required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting GFEBS and/or GFEBS-SA environments
  • Minimum of 1 year supporting SOF, Sensitive Activities, or similarly complex DoW environments
  • Knowledge of financial management processes, ERP systems, business analysis methodologies, and reporting tools
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system implementations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence

Skills Required
