Design, develop, and implement OneStream financial management solutions: data integrations, cubes, workflows, dashboards, business rules. Gather requirements, support testing and UAT, deliver training, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to meet financial reporting needs in a federal environment.

Perform QA for OneStream/EPM implementation supporting a DoD client: plan and execute SIT/UAT and regression testing; develop test cases and scripts; validate configurations, integrations, calculations, workflows, and reports; manage defects and traceability; support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation.

Primary coordination lead between implementation teams and agency stakeholders to facilitate communication, track dependencies, manage risks and action items, support governance and readiness activities (requirements, SIT/UAT, training, deployment), and provide status reporting to project leadership and PMO.

Lead administration and optimization of enterprise IaaS and virtualized infrastructure (Oracle Linux, Windows Server, VMware). Troubleshoot production issues, manage AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, backups, security, patching, capacity planning, and document configurations. Collaborate on architecture, cloud migrations, automation, and participate in on-call rotations.

Supports GFEBS-SA and related financial systems for a national security customer. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving financial processes, maintaining master data, developing reports and dashboards, testing system updates, resolving data discrepancies, gathering requirements, supporting users and training, improving audit readiness, and recommending system and process enhancements.

Leads financial systems modernization, ERP optimization, audit readiness, and business process improvement for a national security organization. Manages program execution, teams, schedules, deliverables, customer relationships, and contract performance. Provides GFEBS-SA guidance, coordinates system enhancements and change management, analyzes program data, improves reporting and financial operations, and prepares executive briefings. Requires extensive DoD financial management, GFEBS-SA, SOF or sensitive activities, and complex program management experience in a highly secure environment.

Supports Department of War financial reporting, financial statement preparation, trading partner reconciliations, intragovernmental transaction analysis, and elimination activities. Validates financial data, researches discrepancies, resolves reconciliation variances, supports audit readiness, and coordinates with financial management offices, DFAS, system owners, and government stakeholders. Presents findings and recommendations to leadership while helping improve reporting accuracy, data quality, internal controls, and reconciliation processes.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN network solutions across 200+ sites. Support technology refreshes, conduct lab assessments for DISN services, ensure WAN/IOEE/IOSEE/DISN interoperability, manage implementations and incidents, and produce configuration artifacts, test plans, and operational documentation.

Supports SAP S/4HANA HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods implementations for a DoD modernization initiative. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional design and configuration, hazardous-material master data management, integration across SAP logistics modules, data migration, testing, defect resolution, regulatory compliance, documentation, training, and stakeholder workshops.
