About The Job

  • Understand the dynamics of the tourism sector and manage financial relationships between hotels and agencies effectively.
  • Proactively address the financial needs of both hotels and agencies, delivering tailored solutions for hotel and agency collections.
  • Manage hotel commissions and payment arrangements during the reservation process, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Balance payment terms to optimize cash flow and monitor payment processes.
  • Identify potential financial risks from delayed payments or collections and take preventive actions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of hotel accounting terminology, such as hotel collect, agency collect, purchase orders, and payouts.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of financial processes, including managing purchase orders and payouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from related departments
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial relations between hotels and agencies in the tourism industry 
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management and the dynamics of the tourism industry.
  • Expertise in hotel-agency financial dynamics, including reservation and payment systems.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology and financial operations.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in Logo/Tiger software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A passion and desire to work at a company trying to change the world
  • Living in İzmir
