Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Nobel Biocare Turkey, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by developing strong relationships with dental professionals and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for promoting our premium range of dental implant solutions and digital dentistry products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase Nobel Biocare solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
- Provide technical support and training to dental professionals to maximize product utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives.
- Represent Nobel Biocare at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- This role is based out of Izmir, Turkey.
