About the Role
The Financial Solutions Executive I is responsible for driving the adoption of TD SYNNEX Financial Solutions programs by identifying financing opportunities, supporting customer engagement, and collaborating with sales teams and financial partners. This role focuses on business development, program implementation, pipeline management, and customer success while contributing to revenue growth and increased utilization of financing solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and develop financing opportunities with customers and partners.
Promote TD SYNNEX Financial Solutions programs and financing alternatives.
Support sales teams in structuring financing-led opportunities.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of financing opportunities.
Coordinate customer onboarding, financing approvals, and documentation requirements.
Build relationships with customers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
Monitor program adoption, financing activity, and business performance.
Prepare reports, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English required. Portuguese is a plus.
Understanding of corporate finance, credit, lending, and financing solutions.
Knowledge of financial products such as leasing, factoring, supply chain finance, and technology financing is preferred.
Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial information and identify business opportunities.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Work Experience:
3-5 years' experience in sales
Field sales and/or financial solutions experience a plus
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
