What you’ll be doing:

  • Research complex financial issues independently and present structured solutions to senior leadership

  • Apply deep knowledge of financial analysis techniques to deliver high-quality insights that drive business decisions

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business drivers impacting performance and profitability

  • Advise directors and senior leaders on financial best practices to enhance decision-making processes

  • Establish departmental budgets, consistently meet targets, and identify operational efficiencies

  • Lead the development and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling frameworks

  • Oversee the production of strategic financial reports with accountability for accuracy and business impact

  • Design sophisticated dashboards and analytics that connect financial metrics to business strategy

  • Transform complex financial data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions

  • Manage and coach a team of financial analysts, providing structured performance feedback and career development

  • Drive team training initiatives and establish knowledge management systems within the finance function

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvements and automation initiatives

  • Lead stakeholder management across business lines to drive innovative financial solutions

  • Establish methodologies for measuring ROI and evaluating strategic investments

  • Communicate project status effectively to senior leadership, escalating issues requiring attention

  • Develop strong working relationships with peers across the organization and with external partners

  • Think strategically about long-term financial planning and serve as a trusted business advisor

  • Manage conflicting priorities effectively while maintaining focus on critical deliverables

  • Lead cross-functional adoption of new processes using collaboration and influencing skills

  • Take accountability for financial deliverables and timely completion of departmental initiatives

  • Proactively identify opportunities to advance the finance function and develop new capabilities

We’re looking for someone who has: 

CA with 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis 

Preferred candidates also have: 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reports

  • Hands on experience in planning, reporting and data analysis

  • Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing

  • Experience in analyzing financial data and conducting presentations to leadership

  • Knowledge of planning systems and advanced use of excel

  • Attention to details, synthesize, summarize data and present analysis in concise, insightful manner

  • Self-starter and problem solver

  • Effective communicator and team player

  • Comfortable work independently

  • Chartered Accountant qualification
