For our Finance department, we are currently looking for the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, who will support Global Planning Processes & Systems Team with delivering standardization across the global finance planning processes, conducting financial analysis, developing automated processes, and providing end-user support and training.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a mindset towards process improvement and possess strong communication and collaboration skills needed to operate in a complex global organization.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Monitor and maintain global business performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Assist in the management and optimization of processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Automation of global financial reporting and KPI’s
-
Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. testing, and validation to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

Provide end-user support and training, addressing any EPM-related inquiries or issues through Jira/ServiceNow ticketing system, including fulfilling complex ad-hoc queries, analysis, and reporting requests.

Oversee the automation of routine data processing tasks to minimize manual intervention and reduce errors.
Your Skills and Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
-
3-5 years of progressive financial accounting and analysis experience
-
Proven quantitative and analytical abilities
-
Strong MS Excel skills are essential
-
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build meaningful relationships to drive results across functional lines

English - fluent
-
Ability to work under strict deadlines and assist in enforcing compliance with deadlines

A sound level of knowledge in financial accounting and reporting of the controllership function, auditing and financial systems

Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus

Knowledge of reporting/consolidation tools is a plus (e.g. Hyperion)
