We are looking for a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve our financial management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution, taking responsibility for budgeting, reporting, financial control, and providing management with timely, accurate insights to support business growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.

  • Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board.

  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.

What the role is about:

  • Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

  • Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.

  • Monitor key financial metrics, with a particular focus on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.

  • Proactively identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.

  • Work closely with leadership to support business planning and financial decision-making.

  • Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Skills Required
