CFO Advisory - Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Germany as a Manager. You will work with senior experts in the field of transformation, restructuring and transaction services and will mainly focus on:

• Providing an operational perspective during a due diligence (transaction), restructuring or transformation program

• Preparing of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. board members, investors, M&A advisors and C-suite management)

• Steering and providing guidance to junior team members

• Reporting back to the senior team members of the assignment on the day-to-day developments of your project

• Being responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard

• Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Manager to have :

• A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics

• Operations industry experience (e.g. manufacturing and/or supply chain) within a corporate environment or management consultancy in a similar field of expertise

• Minimum five year’s relevant professional experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills

• An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects

• A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset

• An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment

• You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in German and English
