The candidate for this role will be responsible for strengthening beneficiaries' access to financial services by building partnerships with financial institutions, delivering financial literacy programmes, and promoting sustainable financial inclusion initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate access to financial services and products for programme beneficiaries.
Build partnerships with financial institutions, SACCOs, and microfinance providers.
Deliver financial literacy, business finance, and investment readiness training.
Support beneficiaries in credit readiness and financial planning.
Promote sustainable financial inclusion strategies across programme activities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in microfinance or rural banking.
Strong knowledge of financial inclusion and credit readiness.
Experience working with financial institutions and community-based programmes.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Location: Dar es Salaam
