About The Position
CrazyLabs is a leading mobile games publisher and developer with billions of downloads worldwide. We are looking for a driven, hands-on, and business-oriented Controller to join our growing global finance team.
Reporting directly to the VP Finance, the Controller will lead financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, internal controls, and tax compliance across a global multi-entity environment. The role combines operational excellence, business partnership, and finance transformation, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven process improvements. This is an opportunity to play a key role in scaling a global finance organization within a fast-growing and data-driven gaming company.
As a Financial Controller you will:
- Oversee the company’s financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Lead AI driven transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and scalable financial systems implementation.
- Support global multi-entity finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior management.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Own tax accounting and compliance processes.
Financial Controller role requires:
- CPA with Big 4 experience — must.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles within a global high-tech company.
- Passion for AI is a must!
- Experience preparing financial reports in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
- Experience leading finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
Advantage
- Gaming or SaaS industry experience
- Experience with ERP systems, BI, planning, and AI-driven finance tools.
