We are looking for a talented and committed Assistant Controller to join our corporate finance team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities- Assisting in preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to the controllership team.
- Collaborate with treasury on cash flow forecasting and planning.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Monitor, review and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Manage the collection process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Significant experience at a Big 4 audit firm.
- Excellent English – written and verbal.
- Strong team player.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and professional skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Netsuite – an advantage
- Experience working with large ERP systems.
- Experience in a global work environment.
