Financial Controller

Area of responsibility:

• Support for finance manager/senior controller during weekly outlook/ monthly forecast and budget processes
• Month end closing activities (accrual calculations, closing analysis, reporting)
• Manufacturing cost monitoring and variance analysis to budget/forecast
• SAP standard cost maintenance (in the system)
• Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needs
• Participation in audits (internal and external)
• Daily cooperation with operational team (production, PC&L, maintenance, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Higher education
• Understanding of P&L structure
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approach
• English (B2 or above)
• Attention to details
• Communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders

Nice to have:

• SAP CO/FI experience
