Job Description
As a Financial Analyst in the GAI Global Sales team for Asia Pacific, you will develop financial insights and deliver key reporting at both operational and executive levels.
As our finance organization undergoes significant digital transformation, this role actively leverages modern tools and technologies such as AI, Power BI, and Oracle EPM. A strong mindset focused on simplification, automation, and continuous improvement is essential.
This role reports directly to the Junior Finance Manager, Global Sales & Marketing – Global Analytics & Insights.
Your Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including forecasting and causal analysis for global orders and sales performance
- Load and validate APAC region orders data in Oracle EPM
- Go beyond standard reporting by analyzing and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights
- Ensure a strong sense of data ownership, including deep understanding of underlying data, performing rigorous sanity checks, and proactively validating accuracy, given the high visibility of outputs to senior leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover insights and support business decisions
- Lead initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and simplification of GA&I/FP&A processes
- Collaborate with GA&I and FP&A teams to drive globally consistent reporting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of FP&A / finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., EPM, Power BI)
- Strong communication skills in a global environment
- Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement
- Willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies
