The Role

This is a hands-on Finance Analyst role based in Singapore, supporting the Singapore FP&A and Controlling teams. The role is focused on operational reporting, data analysis, and process automation across APAC, with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and operational dashboards for Singapore and APAC stakeholders.

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across APAC, including data consolidation, trend analysis, and planning support.

• Build and maintain financial models for supply chain, manufacturing cost, and APAC commercial analysis.

• Run ad-hoc analytics for business partners, including pricing analysis, customer profitability, and opex deep dives.

• Partner with data and systems teams to improve reporting automation and streamline finance processes.

• Support the Singapore month-end close cycle alongside the accounting team, including reporting and analysis deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, audit, investment banking, or strategy consulting.

• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, or MBA.

• Experience in hardware, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology industries.

• Exposure to cost accounting, supply chain finance, or commercial finance analysis.
