Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a strong, detail oriented Senior Finance Analyst to provide local financial support and centralized oversight of KLA’s government grants across Singapore, India, Europe, and Israel. This role serves as primary global finance point of contact for worldwide government grants from a reporting, consolidation, and coordination perspective, and a local Singapore finance partner, supporting detailed forecasting, accruals, and financial analysis for Singapore-based grants. The position also supports quarterly reporting for Internal Audit and SEC stakeholders, partners with regional controllers to drive best practices in capex, accounting, and forecasting, and delivers regular updates to key stakeholders on funding progress, variances, and milestone achievement.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis – Singapore Grants

  • Support local financial planning cycles by providing structured analysis and insights including financial forecasting. Review the reasonableness of budget and forecast submissions, including consolidation and preparation of reports and presentations for review and approval.
  • Perform local month‑end close activities, including accruals and provide timely insights to leadership to support decision‑making.
  • Support in submissions, audits, and milestone monitoring. 
  • Prepare clear, executive‑ready materials to support leadership reviews and participate in key stakeholder forums (e.g. Operations reviews, Balance Sheet reviews, Monthly forecast reviews).
  • Support the Controller in broader financial planning and analysis activities.

Coordination & Grant Reporting - Global

  • Partner with regional finance teams to understand and coordinate centralized documentation of worldwide grants including commitments and milestones, to support quarterly Internal Audit and SEC reporting.
  • Working with controllers in other countries on sharing best practices (capex, accounting, forecasting)
  • Communicating to key stakeholders quarterly on funding progress, variances to plan and milestones
  • Act as a centralized reporting and data consolidation point for government grants across regions.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve standardization, efficiency, and automation of financial tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in cross‑functional finance initiatives and other projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial transparency, governance, and operational effectiveness.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
  • Experience with SAP required; familiarity with Power BI and OneStream is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong governance mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing, semiconductor, or multinational environments is preferred.
