The Role

We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy Financial Analyst to join our corporate financial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive performance through actionable insights. You’ll play a dual role—designing financial dashboards for senior leadership and collaborating closely with practices to deliver high-quality financial analysis and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of financial dashboards for senior management.
  • Serve as a key member of the corporate financial team, acting as a liaison between corporate accounting and IT.
  • Meet regularly with practice leaders to review current dashboards and determine future development needs.
  • Define and develop metrics to help practices understand financial performance and trends.
  • Partner with IT and corporate accounting to automate reporting and streamline data distribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business finance including P&L, budgets, and expense management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, imperfect data sets.
  • Solid IT background with experience using SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills.
  • A curious, independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
