How you are going to make an impact 🛠
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead the preparation and management of budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis between actual and forecasted results
- Develop robust financial models to support strategies, risk management, and liquidity planning.
- Communicate with various departments to gather relevant data needed for financial analysis and reporting.
- Automate and streamline the reporting process for more accurate, real-time financial analysis.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate monthly reports on performance, P&L, and risk exposure.
- Assist in the preparation and review of management accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Provide in-depth analysis of management accounts to highlight key financial insights and areas for improvement.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, with a particular focus on Forex-related transactions and risks.
- Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA or similar qualifications are a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or risk management within a Forex or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading strategies, currency markets, and risk management practices.
- Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Forex trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader) is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-risk Forex trading environment.
