The role requires independent ownership of recruitment processes, international hiring experience, commercial-role recruiting expertise, and strong stakeholder management, organizational, and sourcing skills.

Analyze user behavior, product journeys, funnels, retention, monetization, and feature adoption. Design and evaluate A/B tests, define product KPIs, build dashboards and segmentations, and translate findings into product decisions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Data Engineering teams on hypotheses, event tracking, data marts, instrumentation, and analytics quality.
