The Impact of an FP&A Analyst at Coupa:
Coupa Software is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our P&T Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will support various functions across the Product and Technology group, including Cloud Operations, Product, Development, and Pricing.
What You'll Do:
- Financial planning and analysis for Cloud Ops and R&D.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Perform variance analysis to understand deviations from budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets. Prepare financial projections and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of partnering with business leaders to drive performance, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leadership
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management tools (Google sheet, Excel, Anaplan, Claude/Gemini)
- Enterprise SaaS experience is highly preferred
