We are searching for a Financial Advisor to provide a personalized retirement and financial planning experience for our customers and their families. What you’ll do as a Financial Advisor:
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to plan their financial future.
- Utilize our company-provided technology and tools to improve your operation.
- Marketing support in the form of mailings, email blasts, and customized marketing materials to expand your business and reach new customers.
- Collaborate with co-workers and your District Vice President to learn new skills and standard methodologies.
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
- Assist Relationship Manager and/or Divisional Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
- Travel will be required for new plan enrollments as needed. Must be able to travel 75% or more during peak times of the day.
- Conduct individual and group presentations, both in-person and via video technology, to enhance awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include, but are not limited to:
- Enrollment meetings,
- Age-based financial education meetings, and
- Basic and advanced financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan

What we are looking for:
- BA/BS preferred
- Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required before working with clients; if not in possession of appropriate licenses, Corebridge Financial will sponsor and pay for the acquisition of said licenses
- CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
