Position Summary

About the role
We're seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team at LNW GAMING ANZ PTY LTD' in Silverwater, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports

• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and decision-making

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, and a CPA or CA qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
