Finance & Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

1. Perform tax calculations and ensure completeness of supporting documents for daily transactions.

2. Prepare monthly tax reports and handle tax filings (SSP & SPT Masa) via official tax applications.

3. Manage withholding tax certificates (Bukti Potong) distribution and documentation.

4. Support tax reporting to KPP and perform regular tax reconciliation between general ledger and tax reports.

Finance 

1. Manage weekly payment cycles, ensuring all disbursements are accurately processed and authorized.

2. Monitor and analyze cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity for operational needs.

3. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash records.

4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation and finance roles.

3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).

4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and government tax applications (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
