The VCP Finance Professional has a main priority to partner with various (Commercial / Industrial) Workstreams to ensure there is a P&L impact and proper financial reporting for all initiatives within the Value Creation Program (VCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of business cases, assessing financial assumptions, risks, and projected outcomes to ensure credibility and accuracy
- Validate initiative savings by analyzing data, verifying cost reductions, and confirming benefits realization against targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiative planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews
- Monitor ongoing performance of VCP initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and corrective action
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial finance, FP&A, cost management, or a comparable analytical role
- Proven experience in business case analysis, financial modeling, and savings validation
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-function, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or professional certification
