We are looking for a dedicated F&O Support Analyst to help maintain and optimize the vital systems that keep our business moving.
Role: Overview The F&O (Finance & Operations) Support Analyst serves as the primary technical and functional support contact for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Enterprise systems). You will work closely with our finance, warehouse, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, guide users through system processes, and ensure our distribution workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users utilizing the Finance and Operations ERP system.
- Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within inventory, order management, and financial modules.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the operations team and senior developers/system administrators to escalate complex technical bugs.
- Monitor system performance and assist with testing during system upgrades or new module rollouts.
- Perform additional IT and operational duties as needed to support a dynamic warehouse and distribution environment.

QualificationsQualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, specifically Finance & Operations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting/finance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical warehouse and office staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
