About the role
The Finance & Accounting Admin Staff provides essential support to the finance department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to financial record keeping, transaction processing, and reporting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
What will you do
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Process and track accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
Transaction Processing:
- Process company's expense payment to vendors
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Provide support on bank relative matters
- Monitor and track budgets
Administrative Support:
- Provide office operation support to the other department
- Maintain legal documentation
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations
What you need to have
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong data entry and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
