Key Responsibilities

Operations Handling

1. Invoicing:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipment details and rates are available for timely invoice issuance.

  • Issue invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding matters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.

2. Carrier Payments

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are created accurately and on time, enabling timely payment to carriers.

  • Support payment performance targets and maintain positive relationships with carriers.

3. Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with IOPs, SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and exceptions.

Other Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operational issues and ad-hoc requests, escalating when necessary.

  • Support customers and stakeholders by providing solutions and resolving process exceptions.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the team leader or manager.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous internship experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Finance Operations is an advantage.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to improve.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.

  • Passion for process-driven work and customer service excellence.
