ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with corporate goals and monitor financial performance against budget targets by developing and executing the annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements by liaising with our controllership team.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrate leadership cross-functionally to all key stakeholders
- Month-end close duties including analysis, journal entry posting and other reporting as needed
- Ongoing review and sign-off of our quotation process, making recommendations for ideal scenarios ensuring Honeywell and end-user success.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
- Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting processes.
