Our client is a leading distributor of technology, services, and lifestyle products in Sub-Saharan Africa. They currently have an opening for a Finance Manager to be based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial controls.
  • Supervise payment confirmations and audit coordination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to reconcile transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support strategic planning and financial analysis initiatives.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.




Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in use of an ERP (Preferably Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Skills Required
