We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to lead all financial activities and oversee the daily administrative operations of BPOD. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and the delivery of timely financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate the annual budget, monitor execution, and analyze variances between actual and forecasted expenses.
- Supervise functional areas including billing, collections, vendor payments, operations, and logistics.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
- Support the commercial team with client negotiations.
- Lead financial forecasting processes, including cash flow projections and quarterly or semi-annual expense variance reviews.
- Ensure administrative processes for inventory, fixed assets, and procurement are aligned with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with tax and administrative regulations.
- Directly oversee the company’s administrative areas, including accounting, finance, procurement, logistics, and general administration, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
- Review and approve administrative reports related to travel expenses, advances, reimbursements, and per diem, ensuring policy compliance and budget control.
- Manage implementation and execution of commission-based compensation plans, in coordination with the CFO and Compliance.
- This position may take on other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with compensation structures, including commission plans, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or certifications is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and collaborative tools.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
