As a Finance Manager at Broadridge, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the seamless management and delivery of financial statements, compliance, and strategic financial guidance. This position is pivotal to our global finance strategy, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives and driving business performance through insightful analysis and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of five, providing supervision, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture
- Oversee the completion and timely submission of Annual Financial Statements, ensuring alignment with statutory audits
- Ensure accurate monthly management accounts under US GAAP are delivered within established deadlines
- Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure precision in financial reporting
- Review and manage Indirect Tax reporting calculations and filings, collaborating with external partners as necessary
- Partner with tax advisors to secure corporate tax compliance and efficient filing of returns
- Collaborate with senior finance members to maintain compliance in critical areas such as transfer pricing and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, including coordination with external advisors
- Guarantee legal entities under your supervision to transfer pricing regulations
- Review and complete US Tax packages, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to handle complex issues effectively
- Implement and oversee effective internal controls and processes, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
- Collaborate with FP&A teams across APAC, Romania, and the UK to gain insights into business performance and interpret results.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, review and approve Journal Entries in Oracle Fusion. Act as a point of escalation for accounting issues within your domain
- Drive Finance Digital Transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and global process alignments.
- Engage in additional projects and duties as requested by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as a qualified Accountant with proficiency in US GAAP
- Successful track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to deliver consistently high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster teamwork and earn trust
- Demonstrated capacity for process improvement and handling complex situations
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 2.5-year contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position
