- Document current-state process maps and standard work (feeding Value Stream Mapping) for statutory filing production and Stat-to-GAAP (S2G) reconciliation.
- Identify, size, and prioritize standardization opportunities using an effort-vs-impact lens, based on guidance provided by the CoE Leader.
- Partner with in-scope regional statutory teams to gather requirements, validate data readiness, and resolve entity-specific complexities.
- Translate readiness findings and standardized templates into clear, automation-ready requirements and specification documents for the AI/ML Specialist and Automation Developer roles.
- Track readiness KPIs (entities assessed, exceptions resolved, templates standardized) and report progress and roadblocks to CoE leadership and the Steering Committee.
- Support pilot and scale waves of the two core AI solutions — AI-assisted financial statement production and automated S2G adjustments — by ensuring clean, standardized inputs are in place ahead of each wave.
