Responsibilities:
- You will build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools.
- You will work on long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 6+ years of finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in complex modeling, specifically within workforce models and variable expenses.
- Experience understanding and resolving complex issues while applying data and preparing in-depth analysis.
- Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences.
- Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats.
- Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment.
- Experience leading departments to planned targets.
- Healthcare domain experience.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
